By listing items for sale on nice rva, you agree to the following terms:
1. Listing Eligibility
- You must be the rightful owner of the item you are listing.
- Items must fall within the approved categories of nice rva.
- The following items are prohibited:
- Counterfeit or unauthorized replicas
- Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
- Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Items that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- nice rva reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
2. Listing Accuracy
- You must provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the item, including any flaws or imperfections.
- You must disclose all relevant details about the item’s size, condition, materials, and any other pertinent information.
- Misrepresenting an item or its condition may result in the removal of the listing and/or suspension of your account.
3. Pricing, Transactions & Listing Fees
- You set the price for your items. nice rva charges a listing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if your item does not sell.
- All transactions and payments are handled directly between buyers and sellers.
- nice rva is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from transactions.
4. Local Pickup
- All items must be available for local pickup within the Richmond, VA area.
- You are responsible for arranging a safe and convenient pickup location with the buyer.
5. Seller Ratings & Reviews
- Buyers can rate and review their experience with sellers on nice rva.
- These ratings help build trust within the community and provide valuable feedback to sellers.
- nice rva reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews that violate our guidelines.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content (photos, descriptions) you post on nice rva. However, by listing items, you grant nice rva a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation and marketing of the nice rva platform.
7. Termination
nice rva reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Submission Terms or our Terms of Use.
By listing an item on nice rva, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Submission Terms.
